Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the lawinplay platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:
- Persons under 21 years of age;
- Persons who have previously been self-excluded from lawinplay or any other gaming platform;
- Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of lawinplay or its partner companies, and their immediate family members;
- Persons who have been banned or suspended from the Platform by lawinplay;
- Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.
2.4 lawinplay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the lawinplay Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lawinplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. lawinplay is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your lawinplay account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.

4. Account Security

4.4 lawinplay will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from lawinplay that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lawinplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard debit). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, lawinplay does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 lawinplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. lawinplay reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
6.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. lawinplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
6.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
7. Game Rules & Fairness
7.1 All games available on the lawinplay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 Random Number Generation. Non-live games on the lawinplay Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor. lawinplay's RNG systems are subject to periodic testing and certification.
7.3 Live Casino Games. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to those providers' game rules and procedures. lawinplay is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions originating from third-party live game providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, lawinplay reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
7.5 Disconnection. lawinplay is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end during a game session. Where technically feasible, game sessions will be resumed from the point of disconnection upon reconnection.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lawinplay Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing lawinplay staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such bugs must be reported to lawinplay support immediately;
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
8.2 lawinplay employs fraud detection systems and monitors Platform activity for suspicious behavior. Where prohibited conduct is detected, lawinplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold or forfeit account balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
9. Responsible Gaming
9.1 Age Restriction. lawinplay strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If lawinplay determines that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and any deposits will be returned.

10. Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lawinplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 lawinplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lawinplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 lawinplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lawinplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12. Termination & Suspension
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your lawinplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by lawinplay. lawinplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- lawinplay is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive;
- lawinplay has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Continued operation of your account poses a risk to lawinplay, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
12.3 Upon termination for cause, lawinplay reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to withhold real-money balances pending investigation and potential reporting to Philippine authorities.
13. Amendments to These Terms
13.1 lawinplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform and, where material, communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising between you and lawinplay shall first be referred to lawinplay's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts.
14.3 lawinplay operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by lawinplay may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
